Tuesday 6 February, 11am-5pm – Hestercombe Gallery, Somerset UK

Topographies is a one-day seminar exploring how we make sense of different landscapes, through contemporary art practice and creative geographies.

Invited speakers are Harriet Hawkins, art writer and professor in GeoHumanities at Royal Holloway, University of London, and John Wylie, professor in Cultural Geography at Exeter University.

The seminar includes a lunch event, developed by Vilma Luostarinen in collaboration with Natasha Rosling. The menu will conjure the imaginary spaces of the body and its relationship to the land and sea.
